A zip screen (also known as a zip blind or guided roller blind) is an external shading system where the fabric is locked into a side-channel guide via a zip-shaped edge. This keeps the screen perfectly flat and taut regardless of wind, making it the most wind-resistant exterior blind on the market. Pergozip zip screens are manufactured in Turkey using 6063/T6 aluminium extrusions and Serge Ferrari / Soltis fabrics, and are suitable for residential terraces, restaurants, hotels, offices and commercial façades.
Where is it used?
How does it work?
The fabric is guided by an aluminium side channel on each edge. A zip-shaped bead sewn into the fabric edge locks into the channel, preventing the fabric from billowing or lifting in wind. A motorised roller at the top raises and lowers the screen. The motor (Somfy or Mossel, 40nm or 80nm) can be controlled by remote, wall switch, smartphone app or integrated into a home/building automation system.

A bioclimatic pergola is an outdoor roof system made of rotating aluminium panels. The Rolling Roof Premium retracts completely to open 70% of the roof area to the sky.

Aluminium panels rotate 0–105° via BIBUS linear motor, then retract via MOSEL tube motor. Both motors are synchronised by a single automation box. Internal gutters channel rainwater through columns — 100% waterproof.
